Distribution is being prepared. A signed public launcher and an approved public game release are not available yet. Use the player portal to see your current access and any builds approved for your account.
When distribution is available, start at splinterborn.app. Sign in to your Splinterborn account, then download the launcher for your operating system. The browser cannot reliably tell whether the launcher is installed or which version you have.
Choose Open launcher only after installing it. Your browser may ask permission to open the Splinterborn application. If nothing opens, return to the install instructions; do not repeatedly click the link.
The native launcher signs in separately through your system browser. Website sign-in is not permission to start the game. It checks account approval, required online services, the release policy, and installed files before Play is available.
An installation that is missing, outdated, or damaged must be installed, updated, or repaired before online play. Keep the launcher open while the update finishes. Never bypass operating-system security warnings to run an unsigned download.
Online startup requires an internet connection and the required services. If a service is unavailable, wait and retry from the launcher. A downloaded package alone does not grant access.
Game saves and preferences belong outside application files. Repairs and updates must preserve them. Do not delete personal game data while troubleshooting.
