Private preview access requires current approved Splinterborn membership. Having an account and having approval are separate states. Pending or revoked accounts cannot request a new private download.
Use your existing Splinterborn identity in the player portal. Browser and native sessions are separate. Signing out of the portal stops it issuing new download links; downloaded files cannot be recalled.
Download links expire and may be usable by anyone who has the link until that expiry. Do not forward them. If a link expires, return to the player portal and request a new one.
The launcher validates native authentication, service availability, and the allowed game release independently. It never receives browser refresh credentials through an open-launcher link.
If your session expires, sign in again. If your account is awaiting approval or access has been revoked, use your existing preview invitation contact. Public support and account-recovery arrangements will be announced before broader release.
